Nay a nordic nerd nor a nemesis to the novus-ordum; I merely am a noble nexus to a nomadic nous;
and I nominate no claim to be normal, neither notably nonpareil.

Nevertheless, notwithstanding the noxious nod of the nocturnal noir, my notions shall remain nubile;
and you can call me "N".

The following is a stream of thought that first occured to me after watching ‘Memento’, and later deepened by reading the George Orwell classic, ‘1984’.

Is Past absolute like we think it is? If the Past exists only in memories — human minds so as to say — and written records, if the incident is significant enough to be documented, that is; how is it any less mutable than, say, a Thought? If we document an incident different than the way we percieve it, and force ourselves to remember it that way, who is to say that that we are wrong, as all documentary evidence and our memories prove us right?

Is Past the only absolute, immutable reality as we percieve it? Or is it as vague, mutable and unreal as the Future, the only absolute reality being the Present, the moment called Now?
